At 12:30 the skies opened and it poured rain. We got to sleep in for the first morning. We left camp about 9:45 in the misty fog.
The trail was nice today. We saw lots of wildflowers and the leaves are starting to pop.
We enjoyed the view of the James River.
We crossed the James on the longest foot bridge on the AT.
Tonight we are staying at the Johns Hollow Shelter with Arrowhead and The Brothers.
