Well, we woke up to another blizzard! We left the hostel at about 9:20. We hiked back up the highway to the trail. It was a rather easy trail profile today, but it snowed all day!!
We decided to stop at the Van-Go/Abby hostel as the thought of staying in a shelter sounded rather sketchy! It turned out to be a great decision as the wind has been howling and the snow is coming down sideways!
We made a $5.00 Tombstone pizza for dinner with a pint of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy.
Mike went out to the bathroom and didn't want to put on wet shoes. Brr, cold feet!!

At least his feet aren't covered with moleskin. They look pretty good for 400+ miles in a Southeastern winter wonderland.
