After about 4 miles we found Puck camped in the woods. We soon arrived at the Shays Rebellion Monument.
It was a day of forest walking. We saw a small herd of dairy cows, so Alabama, being a milkman, he detoured to visit with the farmer.
We had trouble locating the water source so wasted some time. We arrived at the Shaker campsite close to 6:00 pm. After dinner the Minor Adventures arrived, a father/daughter team out on a section hike. A beautiful forest day. 19.6 miles
