Off to Paris

I am excited to say that my trip to Paris has finally started! Today I flew from Greenville, SC to Atlanta. There, I walked the length of the airport to an international gate to await the departure of my flight. We boarded and waited in line to take off!

I had a glass of French wine and the infamous bag of Delta pretzels before a veggie meal.

It's dark now, so I can see the lights of towns and cities below. Somewhere below is the Appalachian Trail.

I'll try to sleep before our landing in France at 6:00 AM tomorrow morning.
