My First Day in Paris

We landed right on time, 6:00 AM and couldn't get off the plane! The jetway was broken and we had to wait 45 minutes for the maintainence crew to do here repairs so they could open the plane doors! Welcome to Paris!




I rode the train into the city and was met at Luxoumborg Gardens by my friend, Susan. We dropped my suitcase off at our cute little apartment and then set off to see Paris by feet. We walked to Notre Dame Cathedral, stopping at. Cute little cafe for a cafe au lait. I spotted their supply of bread.



Then it was on to the Louvre,


Champs-Elysées and the Arc d'Triomphe,






and all the way back to the apartment for wine, cheese and bread, clue tines, and of course, chocolate! A great first day!
