Fall In the Bob

Now that I am retired, we have been enjoying fall in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. We have been on two trips on the eastside of the wilderness. We hiked in from benchmark and climbed to Prairie Reef Lookout. On this trip the we were mainly on the Sun River game Range. We hear elk bugling, coyotes yipping, and wolves howling. We saw a grizzly and an mountain lion!

We also did a trip over Route Creek Pass to Lake Lavalle to fossil hunt for trilobites.
